Error Ol buffer me pet summon.

hello, I'm elemental summoner, when I buff with my Overlord, the buff are not allowed in my summon, this is a bug or is normal in this chronicle?

Ol buffs is only for caharacters in clan or alliance, not for pet or summons this is retail. :)
