cant log in to gracia x10

i cant log in to zmega server... i get these errors :
1cannot run this locale

2microsoft visual c++ runtime librabry
runtime error!
this application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
please contact the application's support team for more information

3l2.exe -application error
the exception iunknow software exception (0x40000015) occurred in the application at location 0x1091f35e
click ok to terminate the program.

i get these errors each of the time 1,2,3
i dont know whats seems to be wrong,because i've dowloand the client from the zmega.ru ,and btw gf works on l2toxic.com patch
I use xp windows please help!!!thanks!
