Please help! Lineage 2 can't run with your files!

So I have this error...

I tried everything.. reinstalling the game, patching manually and with updater, nothing helped. The game works with it's original files. When I patch it, this happens. Please help!

Cleaning the registry and the system:

download the program "CCleaner"
install
run
Select the tab Registry - put all tick "Registry Integrity" - click on the "Search Problems"
click on the button Fix - (save or not you decide) - Fix marked - Close
Select the tab Cleaning - ticked off - click on the "Delete"
4,5,6 repeat point 3 times for accuracy.
close the program.
